litigation, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor
disputes, securities complaints, white
collar criminal defense and state & federal
appellate advocacy. He represents clients in a wide
range of debtor and creditor relationships, and an eclectic
mix of other legal matters. A former Marine Corps lawyer
and Assistant U.S. Attorney, Mr. Gordon brings 30 years
of experience into the courtroom. |
